Starfire Pink

Starfire was introduced in the first episode of The Yukons, 'A Celebration for the Future'. In this episode, her best friend, DJ Irene, tries to host a party for the coming future full of abundance and peace, but she goes about it the wrong way. Eventually, Irene was brought back to her senses, thanks to Julia Blue, and managed to throw a wonderful ceremony, with the help of many other Yukons!

Starfire is first seen cleaning up DJ Irene's club after another one of her parties, and in the first scene of 'A Celebration for the Future' Starfire works as Irene's 'mini-assistant' since Irene never had an official assistant. Starfire is a big help to Irene, though she doesn't realize it. Starfire works day and night, organizing parties and keeping the club in order, but she hardly gets appreciation for what she does - no, not even from Irene!

However, Starfire didn't take the job for the prestige, she simply wanted to help her friend's dreams come true. Starfire likes to party too, so she does her best to make the themes playful for the Wamos, detailed for the artsy Yukons, and enjoyable for everybug else. Typically, Starfire wouldn't get help when arranging a party. The first time she got help was in 'A Celebration for the Future', when Julia and Caya were appointed to aid her with making the food. That was because DJ Irene took the opening ceremony very seriously, and wanted to make sure she had all the help she could get to make it a success!

Starfire, as you might have suspected, doesn't have much time for anything other than work. But, she is grateful to have a job she enjoys. When Starfire is free of work, she loves to spend time with farmily (family), cook or bake, and play soccer. Her friends, other than DJ Irene, are Sweetie, Vio, Dawn, and Sunflower - well, they're more associates than friends, but Starfire likes to count everybug as her friend, as she is very popular in the town on the strength of working for Irene. Often Starfire is overworked and under-credited, but on some rare occasions her work is recognized. DJ Irene has an itch to make herself look better than everybug else, and you'd be surprised at what she'd do to achieve recognition, but how miserably she fails.
